Well I couldn't not paint another Joker. This one painted up the nicest out of all of them.
He's actually my favorite Joker miniature thus far. I might have to stop using the Arkham City version in favor of this one.
Here he is with his boys.

Joker's Clowns 2nd edition set
Well I didn't waste any time on these. These are the new second edition resins. They take paint really well, but the mould lines are are harder to scrape off, not physically harder, just less cleanly. Anhoo time for pictures.
Hobo Clown
Gone pink and green with this guy. Both strong Joker colours.
White Face
I've gone for a techno goth look for him.
Bouffon
I tried to make this guy as bright a possible. And contrasted the brightness with a dark nail gun.
I've got Mistah J and Deadshot on the painting block. So expect them soonish.

Harley Thug 4
The next addition to my Joker force is done. This one is Harley Thug 4. Why is he called Harley Thug 4? I'd assume it because he's a nameless henchman that works for Harley Quinn, the fourth one to be exact. Anyhoo he's a clown with a big wrench.

The Killing Joke
Another Joker down, this one is The Killing Joke version. If you haven't read The Killing Joke you should, it's fantastic. This is also my favorite Joker sculpt that Knight Models has produced thus far. He needs a coat of matt varnish to take the shine off, but other than that I 'm pretty happy with him.

Oh no! Not another clown!
Another clown done for my Joker gang. It's becoming more of an army than a gang. This dude is armed with a pipe. It's actually called a tube on his character card, but that sounds a bit wimpy, pipe sounds much harder.

Master of Ceremonies
The Master of Ceremonies (who for the rest of the article will be called Jim for easiness) is one of Joker's elite clowns. He's actually the better of the two. Jim's quite a big dude compared to the rest of the clowns and sports some armour and an axe. He means business.

Joker's Daughter
She's not been sitting undercoated on my desk for four months, honest. I've finally decided to paint her. A new sidekick for my Joker crew, I say new because I've not used her yet. Here she is Duela Dent, the Joker's Daughter. She's even wearing his face.

Another Maniac Escapes Arkham
I've just finished the last of my clowns. He's one of the elite clowns and goes by the name of Asker.
I've decided to paint him less clowny and more wierdo serial killery. Just coz.
I've only every used him once so I can't yield much tactical insight, sorry.

Stop! Hammer Time!
I've had this figure in my collection for a while now, and now he's got a nice new paint job.. I present to you Mr Hammer.
First off I know Hammer is supposed to have tattoos... I'm not that good a free hand, so I'm leaving them off. Secondly his make up makes him look like a Kiss reject. However I think he looks cool. he's got his standard Blackgate prison orange trousers (like most of my clowns). I gave his skin a deliberately darker skin tone, he wanders about without a shirt on, he's bounded to be more tanned. I've also done his scarred flesh a slightly more pinky colour to make it stand out.
Hammer's role in game is to protect the boss and beat face. Actually that's exactly what he does. He should be swatting aside henchmen with contemptuous ease, whilst tanking damage head at your boss with his bodyguard rule. However his one armed rule means your opponent's minis can hit him easily. He needs to it them so hard that they don't hit him back.

Harley Thug no 3 Worker
I've finished another clown for my tournament list. Joker's crew is becoming an army.
This somewhat pudgy gentleman is Harley thug no 3, also know as worker. But I like to call him "Jack Hammer", mainly because he's carrying one. He comes in the Harley Quinn Arkham Knight Crew set. He like the the rest of that set has affiliation to Joker, hence why he's been conscripted into tournament list. Game wise he's quite unremarkable other than he hits quite hard with that jackhammer of his. He is quite cheap however, and cheap bodies are always useful.

More Clowns for the Circus
I've done two more clowns. These clowns called Sniggering and the imaginatively titled shield clown are another pair of Mister J's henchmen that I use a lot.
Let's have a closer look at Sniggering.
I like to use Sniggering as a sniper. I put him in elevated position and have him pick off any fool who runs under a lamppost. His other role is to guard my deployment zone. He also has the informer rule, which gives me an extra pass action. When used right I can launch an attack on one dude with a swarm of guys.
Now the clown with the shield
Shield clown has one use and one use only. Grab the loot counter and hold onto it. His shield gives him a lot of protection, but he can't fight for shit. So loot chasing it is.
Just three more clowns to paint, and a few chips in Joker to fix and my tournament list will be finished. Then I can start on all those Rise of the Kage minis.
